Got a front-end alignment because a Walmart guy had told me I needed it, along with a new set of tires. I had bought those tires at Walmart, and just went back for the free rotation and balancing. He was right about the alignment. I got the alignment at the Madison Car Care Center, and when I asked the guy there about the tires, he could have sold me a set right then, but after he priced a set for me he said I should just get the ones I have rotated and balanced. They have a few thousand miles still left on them. I'll do that, but you can bet I'll go back to Madison Car Care for new tires when the time comes, and anything else my truck needs. Fast, friendly service, reasonably priced.

They have always treated us fairly and have great prices for service. There has been a time recently where they went above and beyond to help me. My car wouldn't start and I called them to try to diagnose the problem. They said they would get someone to come out (to my house, just a couple miles away) to check it out. I expected to wait an hour at least for someone to show, but within ten minutes a guy had shown up at the door to help. He helped me get the car started and requested that I follow him up to the shop so that they could do some further testing. I went up there and spent about a half hour waiting while they ran the gamut. Upon finding nothing wrong with the car they let me go free of charge for all that they did, including the house call. They are very friendly and professional, I would absolutely recommend this shop!
